Placing Orders and Shipping: We Ship any where in South Africa & Namibia

• Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirming of your order with an invoice attached. Banking details will be on the invoice.

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer or bank deposit's can be made.

• Please check your invoice and notify us if your invoice is incorrect.

• If you do not receive an invoice, contact us on orders@babyideas.co.za

• We will check on stock availability and confirm with you via email or telephone.  

• Orders will be process when payment is received.

• ORDERS will be transported to your door within  2 TO 14 working days.

However we aim to exceed your expectations so the product may arrive earlier.

We use a courier company to transport all the products.

Please know that the above times are only estimations. It might happen that due to unforeseen circumstances that  your order time could be longer. We hope you’ll understand that these are not grounds for an order to be refunded or cancelled.

• You will be notified with a waybill number of your order.

• Transport we will send you a quote. We deliver in South Africa and Namibia.

• We will ensure a smooth and fast delivery , it is our main priority.

Namibia invoice will include customs and your quote of your transport in Namibia.

Collection of your order in Namibia:

Namibia clients we will use Nampost or other Courier service in your area - we will give you an quote.

Return Policy:

• If there is something wrong with your product when you received it and open it, please report this to us within 24 hours.

Warrenty's :

We buy straight from all the factory's so you get the same warrenty that the factory gives.

If you have any problems with your product you can contact us and we will be in contact with the factory.
